   • Yes, the Monongalia County SWA is planning to hold a fall 2026 electronics recycling event.

2. Will there be another bid process for it or will the Monongalia County SWA use the same vendor from the spring if the vendor performs well?

   • There will be another bid process due to the different funding sources used for each event.

3. ​Can references be kept confidential if requested?

   • As a public bid process, and public agency, working with the WV Department of Environment REAP Covered Electronics Devices Recycling grant, there is a presumption of public accessibility to all public records unless it meets an exception noted under WV Code Chapter 29B, Article 1, Section 4.
