Litter Control is handled by the Monongalia County Commission Litter Control Officer.

Residents living in a Municipality (Blacksville, Granville, Star City, Morgantown and Westover)
Check with your code enforcement officer or city hall first. Litter control issues are handled locally with the Monongalia County Litter Control Officer handling concerns outside of these municipalities.
