Monongalia County Recycling

There are two county recycling drop-off sites.

  1. The Westover Single-stream Recycling Drop-off Center operated by the Monongalia County Commission

  2. The Western Mon County Recycling site is a source-separated site, operated by the Marion County Solid Waste Authority.

The Dominion Post On-site Recycling

The Dominion Post On-site Recycling site recycle small cardboard (or breakdown bigger boxes to fit into slot), paper/newspaper and magazines, NOTE: magazines must be separated from newspaper.

  • Located at 1251 Earl L Core Rd (back side of building) and open 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Mountaineer Transfer Station
(aka "The Dump")
